Todd Appel
Todd leads Bosland Growth’s Reforesting Legacy Mine Lands Program, overseeing landowner and partner engagement, carbon market development, business operations, and growth.
Todd previously served as an executive with Quantified Ventures, where he developed and led QV’s conservation finance, forestry, and land use work. He brings decades of experience in organizational transformation, performance management, and multiparty deal structuring. Todd previously worked for IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Government Accountability Office.
Amie Fleming
Amie brings expertise in carbon markets, natural climate solutions, financial modeling, and innovative forestry financing mechanisms to the Bosland Growth team.
She also is a director at Quantified Ventures working on the Environment and Resilience team. Amie has worked in a variety of roles in conservation, land use planning, and outdoor education including with the Appalachian Mountain Club, Greenbelt Alliance, National Outdoor Leadership School, and the High Mountain Institute.
